Join us for our 2021 Holiday Hafla!
Melbourne Belly Dancing Space Coast proudly presents its 4th annual Holiday Hafla!
‘Hafla’ is Arabic for ‘party’ and what better time to celebrate than during the holiday season!
You will be immersed in some amazing belly dance performances or have a go at dancing yourself. It doesn’t matter whether you have experience in belly dancing or not, it’s all about having fun and the dance camaraderie! We will have dancers from all over Brevard and local counties. Join us for a great show!

This event will follow all CDC guidelines. It is an outdoor event and the amphitheater lawn is very large. Please bring your own chair and socially distance.

On behalf of Florida Institute of Technology, I would like to personally thank you for volunteering your time at our International Fest. This event could not have been a success without your presence and the willingness of many others like you who volunteered their time.
International Fest is an annual event that members of our community look forward every year and is a place where guests experience different and unique cultures all in one place. Your performance was outstanding and one of the very best of the entire show!
You have made a significant impact at our event again this year and created bridges between Florida Tech, the local community, and our friends from all corners of the world.
Now that the event is over, I hope you’re able to get some rest and reflect on the cultural importance of events like this and the impact that you had on the attendees. You should be proud of your accomplishments and continue to do such great work.

Our Mission Statement: Melbourne Belly Dancing Space Coast (TM) is a collaboration of dedicated Belly Dance instructors who are committed to the community and elevating the artistic integrity of belly dance as an art form through the education and training of all aspects of belly dance via classes workshops, retreats, hafla’s, teacher trainings and event/studio-to-studio support.
We aim to develop new standards of achievement for the art form as a whole and redefine the spectrum in which belly dance is perceived, strive to educate both students of dance and the general public by providing a cultural exchange through dance.
We encourage sharing among community members to increase the success of community and dancer-sponsored events and is committed to the growth and diversity of the Melbourne area Belly Dance Space Coast, FL areas.
